15 years + experience in manufacturing, during that time my drive and determination saw me rise from Accounts assistant to Financial Controller in 5 years achieving the AAT and ACCA qualifications along the way – attaining fellowship status in 2020.

My foundation is Finance but my passion is business transformation, particularly lean/efficient sustainable business processes.

I am a natural problem solver with versatile communication skills, because of this I am relatable and approachable making change management less of a challenge.
